Job Summary

Togetherway is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executives to help generate and qualify new sales opportunities. This role is responsible for prospecting, engaging potential customers, following up on leads, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are persuasive, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers across different channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective customers

  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and outbound leads

  • Qualify leads based on need, fit, urgency, and buying potential

  • Schedule meetings, consultations, or demos for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM

  • Support lead generation campaigns, events, and field prospecting activities

  • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospective customers

  • Track and report on lead conversion and follow-up activity

  • Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure strong handover of qualified prospects


Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or customer engagement is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence speaking to prospective customers in person, by phone, and online

  • Good listening skills and ability to identify customer need

  • Ability to work with targets and activity goals

  • Strong learning mindset and willingness to take feedback

  • Automotive or related industry exposure is an advantage, but not required
