Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to lead the front end of our revenue pipeline. This role is responsible for driving lead generation strategy, opening new business opportunities, identifying growth channels, and managing Business Development Executives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building qualified pipeline, expanding market reach, and creating a strong foundation for sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s business development and prospecting strategy

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships

  • Manage and coach Business Development Executives

  • Oversee lead generation, qualification standards, and front-end funnel performance

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Track team performance and ensure strong activity discipline

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

  • Develop outreach plans across inbound, outbound, field, referral, and partner channels

  • Monitor lead conversion trends and improve qualification processes

  • Produce business development reports, insights, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or sales management

  • Strong understanding of prospecting, qualification, and market development

  • Excellent communication, networking, and opportunity identification skills

  • Experience managing teams and driving target-based performance

  • Strong reporting, CRM, and pipeline management capability

  • Automotive, fleet, mobility, B2B, or related experience is an advantage
