Job Summary

Togetherway is looking for a responsive, organized, and service-oriented Customer Success Officer to support onboarding, follow-up, issue coordination, and ongoing customer engagement after sale. This role helps ensure customers settle in successfully and continue to receive timely support and communication.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding and post-sale follow-up

  • Serve as a contact point for customer coordination and updates

  • Follow up on customer requests, issues, and service needs

  • Track onboarding progress, customer interactions, and escalations

  • Maintain accurate customer records and internal updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Conduct customer check-ins and support satisfaction efforts

  • Flag risks, recurring issues, or opportunities for improvement


Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, relationship support, account support, or operations is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organization and follow-up discipline

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple follow-ups

  • Comfort using CRM or reporting tools is an advantage
