Job Summary
Togetherway is looking for a responsive, organized, and service-oriented Customer Success Officer to support onboarding, follow-up, issue coordination, and ongoing customer engagement after sale. This role helps ensure customers settle in successfully and continue to receive timely support and communication.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer onboarding and post-sale follow-up
Serve as a contact point for customer coordination and updates
Follow up on customer requests, issues, and service needs
Track onboarding progress, customer interactions, and escalations
Maintain accurate customer records and internal updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Conduct customer check-ins and support satisfaction efforts
Flag risks, recurring issues, or opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Experience in customer service, relationship support, account support, or operations is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organization and follow-up discipline
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple follow-ups
Comfort using CRM or reporting tools is an advantage
