Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales Executives to drive revenue by converting qualified opportunities into closed business. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and securing customer commitment.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable managing opportunities from discovery through closing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified prospects and conduct discovery conversations

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals

  • Manage customer objections and guide decision-making

  • Lead pricing conversations and negotiations

  • Close deals and secure deposits, orders, contracts, or customer commitment

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and reporting

  • Coordinate internal handover of won deals to account management or customer success teams

  • Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets


Requirements

  • Prior sales experience is an advantage

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage the sales cycle from engagement to close

  • Commercial confidence and customer-facing professionalism

  • Ability to work independently and deliver against targets

  • Experience in automotive, fleet, mobility, or service sales is an advantage
