 Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and process-driven Terminal Supervisor to oversee daily terminal operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure smooth passenger and vehicle movement within the terminal. This role ensures that all terminal processes run efficiently, customers are well attended to, and service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure smooth passenger and vehicle movement
  • Oversee terminal staff activities and ensure duties are carried out efficiently and professionally
  • Monitor ticketing, boarding, and scheduling processes to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure passengers receive accurate information regarding travel schedules, routes, and terminal procedures
  • Handle customer complaints, operational issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain order, discipline, and compliance with company policies and safety standards within the terminal
  • Monitor daily terminal activities and prepare operational reports where required
  •  Ensure proper coordination between drivers, ticketing staff, loaders, and other terminal personnel
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly terminal environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in terminal operations, transport management, customer service, or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to supervise staff, manage daily terminal activities, and ensure smooth operations
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills in handling passenger and operational issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced terminal environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and operational accountability
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to prepare reports or manage operational records
  • Experience in transport, logistics, mobility services, or terminal management is an advantage
  • Ability to maintain high customer service standards and enforce company policies and procedures
