Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our closing team and drive revenue conversion. This role is responsible for managing Sales Executives, overseeing pipeline progression, improving win rates, supporting deal strategy, and ensuring delivery of sales targets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with strong coaching ability, commercial discipline, and a track record of turning pipeline into revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Executives team

  • Own sales target delivery and conversion performance

  • Monitor deal progression across the pipeline and remove blockers

  • Review opportunities, proposals, pricing, and negotiation strategy

  • Coach team members on discovery, objection handling, and closing

  • Improve sales discipline, forecast accuracy, and reporting quality

  • Collaborate with Business Development to ensure strong lead handover

  • Support major client pitches, negotiations, and strategic deals

  • Ensure CRM and sales reporting are accurate and up to date

  • Drive accountability, performance culture, and commercial execution


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Excellent coaching, negotiation, and deal management skills

  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting

  • High commercial awareness and decision-making ability

  • Experience in automotive, mobility, B2B sales, or related sectors is an advantage
