Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Officer to manage the company’s social media presence and online engagement. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience growth across digital channels.
The ideal candidate will support social media strategies, monitor performance and trends, engage with online communities, and ensure consistent brand communication aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and platform performance
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication
• Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations teams on campaigns and promotions
• Identify social media trends and implement strategies to improve visibility and engagement
• Track analytics, insights, and performance metrics to optimize results
• Support brand awareness, online community engagement, and audience growth
Requirements
• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or online brand communication
• Strong social media engagement and audience management skills
• Good content writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and posting schedules effectively
• Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and digital tools is an advantage.
