Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, trend-conscious, and result-driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead our digital content and online community engagement. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience growth across all digital channels.

The successful candidate will develop content strategies, monitor performance, engage with online communities, and ensure consistent brand communication that supports the company’s marketing and growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and manage the company’s social media and content strategy
  •  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital platforms
  •  Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and content performance
  •  Build content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication
  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Operational teams on campaigns and promotions
  • Lead and supervise Social Media or Content Officers where applicable
  • Identify content trends and implement strategies  to improve visibility and engagement
  • Track analytics, insights, and platform performance to optimize results
  • Support brand awareness, online community engagement, and audience retention.





Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or brand communications
• Strong content writing, audience engagement, and community management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability across teams
• Strong creativity, organisation, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and content schedules effectively
• Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Experience in automotive, technology, mobility, or service-related industries.
